Who we are

Janson Consulting is a consultancy in the field of intercultural communication for business and public sector organisations. We are based in the UK’s second city, Birmingham, and Xi’an, China, home of the famous Terracotta Army, where we co-operate with LPE-Sinoz, a well-established Chinese training provider.

We specialise in training, coaching and consulting groups and individuals in China and Europe.

What we do

Cross-cultural training, advice and coaching dramatically reduce misunderstandings and improve co-operation between Chinese and non-Chinese people – and ultimately deliver better performance.
